FINE ART PRINTS

Every fine art print is professionally produced to order in Melbourne using archival materials.

Production

  • Please allow 3–6 business days for your print to be produced before dispatch.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

  • Shipping times vary depending on destination.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

  • A4 and A3 prints are shipped flat in protective packaging.

  • A2 prints are carefully rolled in a heavy-duty mailing tube.

International Orders

  • International shipping is available. Delivery times vary by destination.

POST CARDS

Postcards are held in stock and shipped directly from Melbourne. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days via Australia Post.

Returns & Refunds

Every Wurster Creative print is produced especially for you.

Because each print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect shipping details supplied at checkout

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photographs of:

  • the packaging

  • the damaged print (if applicable)

We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
