Why Print?
Getting my photographs off the screen and onto paper has always been the real goal. In a world of algorithms and endless scrolling, photographs can become fleeting digital objects. I began photographing on film as a teenager, and being able to hold a photograph in my hands still feels important.
The Prints
Printed in Melbourne by Image Science on Hahnemühle Photo Rag using archival pigment inks, each photograph is produced to preserve the atmosphere and character of the original image.
Every print is made to order on Hahnemühle Photo Rag and is supplied unframed as standard. Framing can be arranged on request and quoted separately. If you would like framing, simply leave a note with your order or contact me before purchasing.
The Work
Many of these photographs have been made over years of walking, returning to places and working on long-term projects throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria. They explore urban change, suburban landscapes, industrial edges, quiet night scenes and overlooked places.
The Object
For me, a photograph does not fully come alive until it exists as a physical object that can be lived with, returned to and experienced over time.
ON THE WALL
Selected works shown at approximate scale in contemporary interiors.
Standard print orders are supplied unframed with a white border. Framing or mounted presentation can be arranged on request — please get in touch to discuss sizes, options and availability.
